Loan Periods

Books, audiobooks, music cassettes, and equipment	3 weeks

Videos, DVD,computer software, and magazines	1 week

Fines

Fines for overdue videos, DVDs and computer software are $1.00 per day per item.

All other items are 10 cents per day per item.

Fines begin the day following the due date. To prevent fines, materials should be returned to the library by closing time on the day they fall due. If your fines grow to $5.00, we will block the use of your card until the fine is paid in full.

Renewals

Items may be renewed twice in sequence unless the item is on hold for another patron. You may renew your items in several ways:

In person: Please bring your library card along.

By phone: Call 684-3813. If calling after library hours, dial 684-3813, choose extension 113, and leave your name, phone number, and your entire 13 or 14-digit library card number to renew.

By Email: baldwinlibrary@ifls.lib.wi.us or click on “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page on our web site.

Online at the MORE catalog: http://www.more.lib.wi.us: Click on “View Your Record” and following the on screen instructions. Please note: The system will not allow you to renew an item that is overdue. Please call the library to renew those items.

Reserves

An item that is not available may be placed on reserve and we will hold it for you when it comes back. Reserves may be placed through the online catalog, by telephone, email, or in person.

Lost or Damaged Materials

You will be charged for replacement costs of the lost or damaged items.
