Library cards are free to Wisconsin residents who present a valid ID with proof of current residential address.  Acceptable forms of identification include the following:

• Driver's License showing current address
• Imprinted checks
• Bank statement
• Rental agreement
• Utility, telephone, or water bill

All cards are renewed each year.  There is no fee for renewal.  A $1.00 replacement fee will be charged to replace lost or destroyed cards.

Children may receive a library card when they are five years old or in kindergarten, whichever comes first.

Students under 16 years old will need a parent or guardian to sign a statement of responsibility.
