The library provides tax forms of various kinds every year on tables outside the library in the municipal building lobby.   We have the most common federal, state of Wisconsin, and some Minnesota forms.   Other less-common forms can be gotten from a book of masters we have been given by the IRS and photocopied here, or we can help you find them online and print them out.
